The Monocultivar Bosana extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from Bosana variety olives, one of the most representative cultivars of Sardinia, particularly widespread in the north and center of the island. Harvesting takes place at the optimal stage of ripeness, while milling is done cold a few hours later to preserve the freshness and organoleptic characteristics of the olives as much as possible.
